The Chilterns is one of Britain’s best kept secrets. Its a fantastically diverse farming area with abundant local food producers of which many supply our farm shop. To date… we stock ranges from over 30 local producers and always looking for new delicious products to stock.

Fruit and vegetables

Having produced many home grown vegetables in the past we know quality when we see it, stocking our shelves with as much in season British produce as we can.  Use this “What’s in Season” chart to create healthy meals using purely British ingredients.

Chiltern Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil

Chiltern Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Rapeseed Oil is grown, pressed, and bottled by the Mead family at Wilstone Great Farm.

This award-winning oil has a unique, delicious flavor rich in omega 3, 6, and 9. It contains no artificial flavorings or preservatives and is naturally high in vitamin E. It is perfect for dressings and marinades, and its high burn point makes it excellent for roasting and stir-frying. It’s a healthy alternative to olive oil.
