Meet our artisan producers

We have and will always will be committed to championing local produce and its producers. The Chilterns is a fantastically diverse area with numerous local producers. Having met and talked to many, we all agreed that the Chilterns needed a local food destination whereby local producers can thrive, support and network with each other. After 18 months of planning and construction we have created just that.

Puddingstone Distillery

Ben and Kate have immersed themselves in the world of distilling and gin since 2014. After lots of studying, travelling, testing, sourcing suppliers and sampling, they hope to open the Puddingstone Distillery, the home of Campfire Gin, in November 2016. It will also be the base for tours, tastings and many other amazing events.

Culture Bakery

We have heard many times that the best place for bread is in France, so we employ a traditional French baking method, using French flour producing French loaves by French hands.

This award-winning oil has a unique, delicious flavor rich in omega 3, 6, and 9. It contains no artificial flavorings or preservatives and is naturally high in vitamin E. It is perfect for dressings and marinades, and its high burn point makes it excellent for roasting and stir-frying. It’s a healthy alternative to olive oil.
