Rodda's clotted cream has been produced in a small town near Redruth, Cornwall since 1890.
With its cool, silky texture, and unmistakable thick crust, it is perfect for complementing your dishes, both hot and cold. It can even be used in a recipe as seen below.
Creamy Strawberry Milkshake
1) Roughly chop 450g strawberries and blent in a liquidiser or food precessor with 250ml strawberry ice cream and 250mb Cornish Clotted Cream
2) Gradually add 600ml semi skimmed milk
3) Pour into a tall glass and serve chilled
